Your teen starts with an idea and spends the year turning it into a business of their own. They’ll figure out what to sell, what to charge, how to market it, and what to do when a real customer is ready to buy. Every unit begins in God’s Word, so they’ll also learn what Scripture says about money, work, integrity, and serving others.
Teen CEO is our high school business elective that walks your teen through planning, launching, and running a business of their own. From writing a business plan, to pricing products, to making their first sale, this course teaches entrepreneurship by doing it, all on the firm footing of God's Word.
Every unit opens with a Biblical View lesson that sends your teen straight to Scripture. Before they brainstorm businesses, they study Proverbs 16 and commit their plans to the Lord. Before they price a product, they study what humility looks like in business.
Each 20-to-40-minute lesson gives your teen one business skill to work on. One day they might research what customers actually want. Next, they’re choosing a business name or figuring out what to do when a customer isn’t happy. Then they put what they learned to work, often the same day.
Every unit ends with the story of an entrepreneur, like Fraser Doherty, who started SuperJam in his grandma’s kitchen at 14 and went on to sell millions of products. Your teen watches the unit's skills work in a real company and starts to wonder: could I do that?
The young entrepreneur is already mowing lawns, babysitting, or selling crafts but needs the skills to run it like a business.
The idea machine is always dreaming up something new. Teen CEO helps them choose one idea and make it real.
The unsure starter may not have an idea yet. Teen CEO helps them discover what fits their skills and interests and build from there.
They start with an idea. Then they build it, launch it, manage the money, serve customers, and figure out how to make it better.

That’s okay. Your teen considers both entrepreneurship and working for someone else while learning skills they can use either way. They’ll gain practical experience with work, money, customers, and responsibility that applies to many different career paths.
That depends on the business your teen chooses. Teen CEO teaches them to calculate start-up costs, create a budget, and consider those costs before spending a dime. They can choose an idea that fits the budget and resources available to your family.
