How to Redeem JOY Points

When you are ready to redeem your JOY Points, follow these simple steps:

  • Click the "Ways to redeem" option.
  • Select the coupon you would like to create then View/Redeem.
  • To 'Create your own reward', use the slider to adjust your points up or down to create the discount code value. Note: once a discount reward is created it cannot be undone.

The reward discount code cannot be used with other discount codes.

Rewards Program FAQs

  • I have 2 accounts. Can I combine the rewards?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to merge or combine accounts at this time. 

  • Will a reward discount code work with another coupon code?

    The reward discount is considered a discount code. Our system is limited to only allow one discount per purchase.

  • Am I able to use 2 reward codes on a single purchase?

    No. All of the rewards (referral and points redeemed for a reward) are considered a discount code. Our system is limited to only allow one discount during checkout.

  • What if I forgot to use my reward on my purchase?

    At this time, we are unable to offer a refund or credit when a reward code is not entered at the time of purchase. However, your reward code is saved in your account and can be used for a future purchase.

  • Why aren't my birthday points showing up in my account?

    Your birthday points are added on your birthday as a gift from us. Your birthdate must be added to your account 30 days before your birthday to be eligible and cannot be changed once your first birthday reward is issued.

  • How many reviews can I submit for reward points?

    We would love your honest feedback on our products!  You can earn 250 JOY points for reviewing a product you have purchased.  Our system allows up to 5 reviews per 30-day time period per account.
