When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that during and immediately following sales it may take longer to process your order due to the volume of orders received. Orders placed within a short period of time that are going to the same address may be shipped together. You will receive an email with tracking information when items are shipped!
What is my order status?

Do you offer shipping protection?
Yes, we do! Get peace of mind with our Not Consumed Shipping Protection in the event your delivery is stolen or lost during transit. We have made it incredibly easy to purchase our shipping guarantee by automatically adding a small fee to your total purchase (usually less than $2), so that we can easily replace your order if needed. However, you do have the option to decline the shipping protection before finalizing your purchase. Please note: By deselecting our Not Consumed Shipping Protection, we will not be liable for stolen or lost packages.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship anywhere in the world. To calculate the shipping cost, please add items to your cart and go to the checkout. We charge exact shipping costs and can't calculate those for you in advance.
We also have digital options for our international and missionary families to avoid expensive international shipping!
Please allow for the possibility of a few additional weeks of shipping time to APO addresses.
We all make mistakes, we get that! Unfortunately, we aren't responsible for packages that do not arrive due to incorrect addresses.

If we've made an error, please contact us right away and we will fix it. (Our shipping team is homeschooled teens who are awesomely diligent, but still learning!)
If you've changed your mind, we understand that happens at times. Unfortunately, returns are VERY costly for small businesses. If you change your mind on unused, excellent-condition products within 30 days, we are glad to offer full store credit for the purchase price of your returned item. If you prefer a refund, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. All products must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
All digital product purchases are fully downloadable at the time of purchase and therefore are not eligible for refunds.
