Shine: Learning to Share Jesus with Others Bible Study (Digital)

Our calling as Christians is to share Jesus with the world, and that can be hard to do no matter your age! In a world that is often hostile towards the gospel, it’s easy for our kids and teens to feel overwhelmed or scared to live as lights in the world, especially when they don’t know exactly how to do it.

That’s why we created Shine, our Bible study on how to share the Gospel. It approaches evangelism in a relational and personal way, teaching kids to focus on the people God has put in their lives as opportunities to share their faith. The gospel transforms our lives, giving us an incredible, Jesus-focused story to tell. As your kids work through Shine, they will:

  • Dig into scripture to see what it looks like to share their faith and shine as lights for Jesus!
  • Learn how to use their testimony as a means of sharing the gospel.
  • Be shown their mission and purpose as Christians.
  • Understand that the power to shine light in a dark and sinful world comes from Christ and Christ alone!

Help you and your kids shine the light of Jesus in this world and order your copy today!

FAQ

There is no scripture written out in our studies, only references. When it comes to growing faith, it's crucial that kids look up passages in the Bible for themselves and our studies are written to help them do that!

We study and write using ESV, as well as a variety of translations. Special attention has been given to make sure kids can answer questions regardless of the translation they are using.

We believe that the Bible is the absolute authority in matters of faith and practice. It's 100% true, with no exceptions or figurative sections. We believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of Scripture; in one God eternally existing in three Persons; in the creation of all things, including man, as the direct act of God; in eternally secure salvation by grace through faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ; in the incarnation and virgin birth of Christ, and in His bodily resurrection; in the personal, bodily, premillennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ and His millennial reign on earth. Read more here.

This is by far the most common question we get around here. Please check out this video. I'll show you the differences between the levels and walk you through how to use them as a family!

If you are buying digital, you may make as many copies for your own family as needed. It is intended for single-family use only.

We highly encourage you to make sure that each child can participate by having their own copy on their own level. You can learn more about why in this video.

If you plan to share with people outside of your home (like a group, co-op, church, etc.), you will need a site license to do so. Those can be found on our digital site license page.

Each Bible study is a slightly different length, ranging from 20 lessons to 28 lessons. We suggest doing one lesson a day. Most kids find that it takes about 15 minutes a day.
