Giveaway Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Organizer" refers to Not Consumed, whose YouTube Channel is @notconsumedministries. The "Prize" refers to either the grand prize ($300 Not Consumed gift card) or prize 2 (one of two $150 Not Consumed gift cards).
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by midnight on January 17, 2025. One (1) winner will be selected at random by the Organizer on January 18, 2025, and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
- Contest open worldwide.
- Are 18 years of age or older on the date of their entry.
- Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry
Each entrant shall enter the competition via online entry form entering their name and email address on the online entry form.
3. Duration
The giveaway contest starts on January 13, 2025 and ends on January 17, 2025 at midnight Central Standard Time (CST). Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
4. Prize
The winner will receive a either the grand prize ($300 Not Consumed gift card) or one of two second place prizes ($150 Not Consumed gift card). Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms. The winner will be notified by dm on the social media platform they entered on and posted in the giveaway posts within 5 days after the contest closes. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner will be selected.
The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to the Organizer as requested in order to fulfill the Prize.
The Organizer's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into the giveaway.
6. Publicity
By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Not Consumed to use their name and photograph for promotional purposes without compensation.
7. Liability
Not Consumed and YouTube are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Not Consumed, YouTube and both their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
8. Governing Law
The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of Greenville, South Carolina. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost of the prize in question.
9. Modification
Not Consumed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Not Consumed also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
10. Affiliation
Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube are not in any way affiliated or involved in the giveaway.
Participants also agree to follow the YouTube Community Guidelines. YouTube is not a sponsor of this contest.
