Discover, Explore, and Learn Through Field Trips

Make your child’s Pre-K year an adventure filled with discovery, connection, and purpose. All Around Town equips families with an engaging way to build early learning skills while exploring your community in God’s world together. Primary Planner A for Pre-K students includes a weekly checklist, habit tracking, drawing pages, and focused skill practice built around one main concept, along with formal tracking tools so you can clearly measure your child’s growth.

Learning happens through conversation, movement, role play, and guided activities rather than extended seatwork. Skills are introduced clearly and reinforced through real-world experiences so children understand what they are learning. This curriculum builds readiness without pressure.

Children are encouraged to learn about God through what they observe and experience in His creation. Biblical worldview tips give family discussion ideas to help guide children to notice God’s order, creativity, and care. Bible references are provided so families can read and discuss passages using the translation of their choice.

FAQs

  • Is All Around Town open-and-go?

Yes. Most lessons can be started immediately with minimal preparation.

  • How many copies should I purchase?

One curriculum set per child is recommended so each child can complete activities and fully participate.

  • What if we cannot visit every location?

Every unit includes built-in alternatives, so learning continues whether the location is accessible or not. The curriculum is built to work with your real life, not around perfect conditions.

  • What Bible translation is used?

We want kids in the Word for themselves, so we provide references rather than printed verses. Your family uses the translation you already love.

  • How long does the curriculum last?

The 20-unit curriculum covers a full Pre-K year. Most families work through a unit in 15–20 minutes, two to three times a week. A gentle rhythm that fits naturally into life with a young child.

  • What are the credentials of the Not Consumed team?

The Not Consumed team exists for one purpose: to help your family grow in faith so you can live #NotConsumed. We are homeschool parents with over 220 years of combined homeschooling experience, advanced degrees in education and curriculum design, and a deep love for serving families well. Every Bible study, family resource, and homeschool curriculum we create is anchored in Scripture and made to be practical, clear, and easy to use, because we know your days are already full.

We believe the best learning happens when families gather around God's Word together, so we create resources that work across ages and stages to make that time meaningful, approachable, and real.

  • What do you believe?

I believe that the Bible is the absolute authority in matters of faith and practice. It's 100% true, with no exceptions or figurative sections. I believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of Scripture; in one God eternally existing in three Persons; in the creation of all things, including man, as the direct act of God; in eternally secure salvation by grace through faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ; in the incarnation and virgin birth of Christ, and in His bodily resurrection; in the personal, bodily, premillennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ and His millennial reign on earth.

  • Is the curriculum accredited?

Though schools can be accredited, there is not an accreditation program for curriculum.
