Still Singing is a unit study curriculum focused on hymns people have been using for hundreds of years to help them focus on God's truth and trust Him in the hardest moments.
Learn why these hymns are treasures of the Christian faith and how they can help us trust God as you study each hymn. Written as a multi-age curriculum with extension activities for 4th grade and up, Still Singing can be used for a music appreciation credit in high school.
Add the Sweetone Clarke Whistle in D to make this a complete package (not included with the hymn study).

WHY YOU'LL LOVE STILL SINGING
Have you ever noticed how powerful music can be?
A song can help us memorize Scripture, remember God's truth in a situation, or encourage us to keep trusting Him even when life gets tough. Music is truly the heartbeat of our souls!
Still Singing is sure to become your family's favorite time together each day! Plus, your kids will dig deep into the Bible, practice writing and research skills, and learn to play a simple instrument: the tin whistle!
Don't worry if you don't know how to play or can't read music. My son Luke and I have put together music theory videos to help your child learn!

I’m so happy I found the hymn study book! It was on my heart to add hymn singing to our homeschool mornings over the summer, but I wasn’t quite sure how to implement that. Yay for the moment I happened on this book on the website. It is perfect! It is actually beyond my expectations for implementing hymn singing into our mornings. The other night hearing my 6 year old daughter in her room singing “this is my story, this is my song, praising my Savior. . .” This book is beyond my expectations. I’m so happy! Thanks Kim and team!
I got this so that my children could work on Bible lessons and music. This product is so awesome that it includes not only the Bible lessons, but also music and history of the hymn given in a very attractive way. My girls are so excited to begin this journey with me! Thank you for your hard work!
Love this!! The book comes with a cd of the hymns being sung and played on the tin whistle. It also comes with digital content, where you will find video lessons on how to read music, and how to play the tin whistle. Inside the book, you will learn about the writer and history of the hymns, music lessons , and Bible lessons. Also included are fun activities, extension activities, and the sheet music for the hymns. You will want to purchase the tin whistle from Not Consumed to go with the book. I have wanted our family to memorize hymns and learn to read music. This helps us do both in a fun way!
Although we are only on our second week. We are loving this study! A nice quick info on the hymn. Music theory and the videos are so helpful. My kids are excited and enjoying it. I can see myself using this for years to come.
What an amazing resource!!! The book is laid out beautifully. The information is interesting, full of facts, yet succinct. There are various activities to keep the study interesting and fun. I would highly recommend this to anyone I know.
This curriculum captures the heart of God through all the most beautiful hymns! The stories behind each hymn bring a deeper meaning to the words we know so well. This is such a beautiful way to bring worship into your home. I think it is so important to share these stories with our children and keep the hymns alive for many years to come. My students love using their tin whistle to practice the music aspect of the curriculum and they can even receive a high school credit for music appreciation upon completion.
I was nervous about this book because while I can read some music and play a couple instruments I wasn't sure how to teach music. This is beautifully written and engaging, my son is excited to use this for his introduction to studying music.
I was seriously slacking with music in our homeschool and needed to find someway to include some form of physical music. I found this and am blown away by how easy and user-friendly it is for someone who is not musical at all... Thank you for creating this!!
I love how easy this curriculum makes teaching music. I am not musically inclined, but this is a great tool to help my kids learn what they need to know without outsourcing. The added Bible and copy work for each hymn is an added blessing.
