Keep Thy Heart Bible Study (Digital Site License)

Being a kid today can be hard, and even harder for kids trying to honor God. Our kids are facing all kinds of big feelings, without realizing the dangers of letting some of those feelings–like fear, pride, or anger–grow in their hearts.

Our Keep Thy Heart Bible Study is designed to teach your children how their actions are directly related to the attitudes of their hearts. Left unchecked, feelings can become powerful influences in the heart, and this study teaches in a practical, hands-on way how your kids can keep their hearts protected from sinful influences! In this study, your kids will:

  • Learn about 9 enemies of the heart and how they affect actions
  • Understand how to guard against bad influences
  • Lean on Jesus to change their hearts and give them the strength to say no to sin

This Bible study is available in 5 age levels from pre-k through parent and is meant to be done individually, then discussed together. (More on our family Bible study model here.)

Due to the extensive use of the "fun pack" stickers in the Pre-K Bible Study, it is NOT available in digital format. We recommend you use the Primary level with this age group or purchase the softcover version.

Nothing will be mailed to you as this is a digital product. You can print off the file and staple it together. We like to use fun duct tape to secure the staples and keep them from poking.

The Bible study fun pack does NOT come with the digital version.

FAQ

I study and write using the KJV and ESV Bibles. However, my studies are written with the intent that children and families will look up Scripture in the Bible of their choice, with specific attention taken to assure questions can be answered from a variety of translations. So you should be able to use whatever version your family prefers. It's my passion to see kids opening the Bible themselves, so we've been very intentional about this.

I believe that the Bible is the absolute authority in matters of faith and practice. It's 100% true, with no exceptions or figurative sections. I believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of Scripture; in one God eternally existing in three Persons; in the creation of all things, including man, as the direct act of God; in eternally secure salvation by grace through faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ; in the incarnation and virgin birth of Christ, and in His bodily resurrection; in the personal, bodily, premillennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ and His millennial reign on earth.

This is by far the most common question we get around here. Please check out this video. I'll show you the differences between the levels and walk you through how to use them as a family!

If you are buying digital, you only need one copy. If you plan to share with people outside of your home (like a group, co-op, church, etc.), you will need a site license to do so. Those can be found on each product's page.

If you are buying softcover, you should purchase one copy per child. This will enable children to write in the book, as it is designed to record their drawings and responses to the Word.

Each Bible study is a slightly different length, ranging from 20 lessons to 28 lessons. We suggest doing one lesson a day. Most kids find that it takes about 15 minutes a day.
