Still Singing: Hymn Stories For Every Season

We LOVE this study/music curriculum! It has so many aspects that the whole family can participate in. We read about the author and do the bible study portion as a family and then the kids watch the music videos for our homeschool music. We have one learning the tin whistle and another who practices the songs on the piano, so family worship just became more interactive!

Kin did a great job with this course. We used it for music appreciation and added some additional resources for my high schooler. I appreciated that I could use it with multiple ages.

I love this whistle. It makes a beautiful sound. My daughter loves it. Goes well with the book.

I absolutely love teaching my daughter the words in the Old Hymns. Studying the story of where and how they ccame from is so not only enjoyable but the words of our Savior touch the heart.

This is such an amazing resource! It covers so much information. My children started this when they were 7 and 9 and now we are doing it again at 9 and 11!

I actually bought this study for myself because I wanted to learn more about hymns. My kids like it too and like hearing the cool stories behind the hymns. Now we just have to get a tin whistle or a piano.

This is a thorough and well thought out curriculum. Excellent quality. There is so much packed into this curriculum, more than I had initially thought when I was purchasing it. My middle schooler is musically motivated, and this upcoming school year will be our first homeschooling, so I wanted something faith-based that would grab her attention. After the half hour she spent just looking through it and singing the hymns, and even admiring how the lessons are broken up with bible study and even crossword puzzles, she is pumped and wants to start it right away. Lol! Thank you.

This is such a great way to study music. My kids loved to play the tin whistle; and allowed us to learn the hymns. Some of them are a little challenging for my kids. But fun.

I received several books yesterday and the quality is EXCELLENT. These are the nicest quality homeschool materials I have ever bought! I purchased a child’s planner, the hymn study, a bible timeline, and a reading journal. I cannot recommend this company enough! I look forward to using these books next year!
