JOURNAL SECTIONS
The Daily Prayers section offers a journaling page for each day, including space to write out a verse for that day. Following the ACTS prayer format, spaces for Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication remind you to involve God in every aspect of your life. You can also record blessings in the "highlight of the day" space!
The Adoration section includes 18 names of God and their meanings. You can praise God by recording ways that you've seen God's attributes both in Scripture and in your own life. Review this section over and over to remind yourself of your amazing God!
In the Confession section, you can write out the ways in which you have thought, spoken, and acted wrongly. This step helps you acknowledge and confess any sin that could be keeping you from having a right relationship with God. You'll also find a list of thought-provoking questions to help you examine your life as the Psalmist modeled for us.
Divided into 13 prompts, the Thanksgiving section allows you to recount the reasons you are thankful to our Lord. Something you'll always treasure, this record will remind you to praise God for His goodness in your life.

This prayer journal is lovely. I have looked at several prayer journals and this is the only one I’ve purchased that I use each section of, fully. I love that it helps guide my prayers, includes a Bible reading plan, tips and examples on turning scripture into personalized prayers. The stickers are a fun bonus!
This is my first prayer journal and I really felt like I needed guidance in prayer and this journal is so helpful with that. I love that their is a place for long term prayers and daily and other things. Its so thorough!
This journal is very well organized. The sturdy cover, tabs and sections are durable and protect the content. As I contemplate each element of the daily elements of prayer I find that is causing me to be meditative and focused in my prayer. After I have completed the entire page for the day I pray through what I have written. I am drawing nearer to the Lord through this process and it is a tremendous blessing in my daily study and walk.
I highly recommend this prayer journal for yourself and loved ones.
This caught my eye on the website when I was brand new to Not Consumed, but for a year I just ordered the Bible Studies we needed, and didn't want to spend "the extra". To begin with, the aesthetic is so inviting! The guided pages help me to focus and align my thoughts, it's very grounding. I love that the Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving & Supplication sections at the back have suggested scripture, but as is true with all of the Not Consumed products I've gotten my hands on, you're directed into your Bible, back into scripture, rather than just absorbing the authors' thoughts. This is such a blessing, and I'm imaging future generations reading it in decades to come when I'm nothing but a memory on this earth.
This journal is a beautiful way to enter into consistent prayer time. It gives many Bible verse prompts and examples of how to pray the Scripture. If you're like me and you want to know, "But how many pages is it!?" it has about 250 pages of the ACTS model prayer layout, and it has about 80 pages to write down longer-term prayer lists. I've used it almost daily for about a month, and I 100% recommend.

There are many options when it comes to prayer journals. However, many journals are not actually usable. The Not Consumed Prayer Journal is an exception. It is not only beautiful with muted colors and hand lettering style text, but it is also organized so that you can have daily prayers and on going prayers. In the back of the journal there are tabbed sections that cover verses for Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving and Supplication. They are full of helpful information when you are having a hard time coming up with something to write. Sometimes it is just helpful to write a verse as a prayer. This is a prayer journal that I love for myself, but also that I give as gifts. I encourage you to buy one too! You will not regret it.
This is so beautiful and my prayer life has improved! I will never use another journal.
