Don’t Blow Up Bible Study (Digital)

"It's not my fault! She made me so angry!"

Has something like that been shouted in your house? Has a door been slammed, or has one of your kids given the other the silent treatment? No matter how much culture might imply that it's cool, anger is always wrong when it causes us to sin. It's not cool, and it's not something that is out of our control.

Don't Blow Up is designed to teach kids the truth about anger. By looking at Scripture, we talk about how anger affects us and how we can grow in our ability to handle it God's way. This Bible study about anger:

  • Defines anger and its forms.
  • Discusses the difference between righteous anger and sinful anger.
  • Points kids to the sin in their hearts as the source of wrong anger.

Whether your child "blows up" or retreats into quiet anger, this anger Bible study is the perfect tool to help them grow in godliness and fight anger God's way!

Due to the extensive use of the "fun pack" stickers in the Pre-K Bible study, it is NOT available in digital format. We recommend you use the Primary level with this age group or purchase the softcover version.

Nothing will be mailed to you as this is a digital product. The Bible study fun pack does NOT come with the digital files. You can print off the file and staple it together. We like to use fun duct tape to secure the staples and keep them from poking.

FAQ

I study and write using the KJV and ESV Bibles. However, my studies are written with the intent that children and families will look up Scripture in the Bible of their choice, with specific attention taken to assure questions can be answered from a variety of translations. So you should be able to use whatever version your family prefers. It's my passion to see kids opening the Bible themselves, so we've been very intentional about this.

I believe that the Bible is the absolute authority in matters of faith and practice. It's 100% true, with no exceptions or figurative sections. I believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of Scripture; in one God eternally existing in three Persons; in the creation of all things, including man, as the direct act of God; in eternally secure salvation by grace through faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ; in the incarnation and virgin birth of Christ, and in His bodily resurrection; in the personal, bodily, premillennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ and His millennial reign on earth.

This is by far the most common question we get around here. Please check out this video. I'll show you the differences between the levels and walk you through how to use them as a family!

If you are buying softcover, you should purchase one copy per child. This will enable children to write in the book, as it is designed to record their drawings and responses to the Word.

If you are buying digital, you may make as many copies for your own family as needed. It is intended for single-family use only. If you plan to share with people outside of your home (like a group, co-op, church, etc.), you will need a site license to do so. Those can be found on our digital site license page.

Each Bible study is a slightly different length, ranging from 20 lessons to 28 lessons. We suggest doing one lesson a day. Most kids find that it takes about 15 minutes a day.
