What version of the Bible do you use?

I study and write using the KJV and ESV Bibles. However, my studies are written with the intent that children and families will look up Scripture in the Bible of their choice, with specific attention taken to assure questions can be answered from a variety of translations. So you should be able to use whatever version your family prefers. It's my passion to see kids opening the Bible themselves, so we've been very intentional about this.

I believe that the Bible is the absolute authority in matters of faith and practice. It's 100% true, with no exceptions or figurative sections. I believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of Scripture; in one God eternally existing in three Persons; in the creation of all things, including man, as the direct act of God; in eternally secure salvation by grace through faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ; in the incarnation and virgin birth of Christ, and in His bodily resurrection; in the personal, bodily, premillennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ and His millennial reign on earth.

What age level should I buy?

This is by far the most common question we get around here. Please check out this video. I'll show you the differences between the levels and walk you through how to use them as a family!

How many copies should I buy?

If you are buying softcover, you should purchase one copy per child. This will enable children to write in the book, as it is designed to record their drawings and responses to the Word.If you are buying digital, you may make as many copies for your own family as needed. It is intended for single-family use only. If you plan to share with people outside of your home (like a group, co-op, church, etc.), you will need a site license to do so. Those can be found on our digital site license page.

Each Bible study is a slightly different length, ranging from 20 lessons to 28 lessons. We suggest doing one lesson a day. Most kids find that it takes about 15 minutes a day.

Excellent Study

I have been praying for an Easter study like this. What a wonderful way to teach my children the extent of what Jesus has done for us all on the cross.

Family fave

We needed something simple yet biblical to help our 3 and 5 year olds understand the true meaning of Easter! We enjoyed doing them everyday and reviewing /pondering on great questions with dad after dinner to drive the truth home! By Easter Sunday my 5 year old was defending the gospel against any allegations of the Easter bunny being the center of Easter. so grateful!

Not just an Easter bible study!!

This is our family's first Bible study from the not consumed series of studies. We absolutely loved this! It brought my 18 yr old and my 13 yr old together, and by the end of this study at church they both got saved!! Praise God 🙌 We can't say enough great things about this study!! You have to try it for yourself to see how truly wonderful it really is!!

I cannot recommend this product enought! It not only helped me teach my 5yo about the true reason we celebrate Easter on a level she understands, but it helped me understand it and dive into the scriptures in a way I never had. Truly a blessing!

New tradition!

My kids and I really loved doing this daily devotional leading up to Easter. We finished it faster than i expected because they asked to do it every single day. The stickers were a big hit (love all the extras too). We got the countdown cards and they really help reinforce each day's theme and keep it fresh in their minds. We will definitely pull this out every year. It's not your typical progression through the story of scripture but it also doesn't just stick to holy week. It's a fantastic blend of the too, keeping Jesus at the center of it all - just like the focus of Easter should be! Thank you Not Consumed!

Love this study !!!!

This is the first Bible study that we’ve used from not consumed. I’ve been so impressed with the simplicity and detail of them. Will definitely be buying more Bible studies to do as a family! My kids are 9,7 and 5.

Amazing All Year Round!

This study is BEAUTIFULLY designed! Don't limit yourself to just Easter - this can be done anytime throughout the year. It does a wonderful job connecting the manger and the cross (the old testament and the new testament) and continuously ties one back to the other. I love the way this study is leveled for each age group yet we are all studying together (I purchased pre-k, primary, junior, and adult).
