FAQ for Downloads

1. Help! I can't figure out how to get my product.

The purchasing process is pretty straightforward. However, sometimes getting an item downloaded can be tricky. I've created a simple video to help you with the steps.

2. How do I download my product files?

As soon as you finish checking out, you will be redirected to a page that contains your product link. You may download from there. You will also get an email with a unique link. Simply click on the link and your download will start. Depending on the type of computer, your file may go into your downloads folder or onto the bar at the bottom of your web browser. I have made a video that I hope will help you with this step! Also, see the video above for help with any of these steps.

 

3. I never received an e-mail with the product I purchased.

The first step in troubleshooting this one is always to check your spam box. Often times this kind of email will be filtered into there. If you still cannot find it, you can always go into your account and download the product from there. Please watch the video above for info on how to do that.

 

4. How do I download and open a zip file?

If you click or tap on a link that is a zip file, the file should download automatically to your computer. A browser window or tab might also open, but you can ignore this; just close that tab. Find where the zip file was downloaded. Many computers automatically save files to a “Downloads” directory or on the desktop. If you can’t find the file, go to your computer’s search feature and search for the file by name. Once you know where the zip file is located, follow the instructions below to “unzip” the file (based on your operating system):

5. My files opened in a new browser tab or window. How do I save them to my computer?

Some browsers open files in a new browser tab or window. In most browsers, this is what you should do: Go to the tab that shows the file, then go to “File” in the menu above and choose “Save As” or “Save Page As.” Your computer will then give you the option to save the file wherever you like.

 

6. I tried to download on my phone, but now the file won’t open.

Many phones don’t have the necessary software to open the file types of the freebies and digital products. Save your email and come back to download when you can use a computer. Don't forget, you can always access your downloads from within your account.

 

7. Can I share this with my friends or a Sunday School class?

Every product has copyright protection, just like physical books, and is designed for use within your family only. If you would like your friends to know about it (and I hope you do), share a link to the page so they can come and check it out themselves! If you are looking to use materials for a church group or homeschool co-op, you will need a site license to make copies.

 

8. What is your statement of faith?

I believe that the Bible is the absolute authority in matters of faith and practice. I believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of Scripture; in one God eternally existing in three Persons; in the creation of all things, including man, as the direct act of God; in eternally secure salvation by grace through faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ; in the incarnation and virgin birth of Christ, and in His bodily resurrection; in the personal, bodily, premillennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ and His millennial reign on earth. I study and write using the KJV and ESV Bibles. However, my studies are written with the intent that children and families will look up Scripture in the Bible of their choice, with specific attention taken to assure questions can be answered from a variety of translations.
