Simple and straightforward, yet you can pack a lot into it and use it in such a way that fits your child/homeschool. I like that it's not bulky or takes too much time to set up.
With my back ground I'm thankful for the perspective of looking at homeschool. Such an encouragement!
My 11 yr old is using this planner. It has helped her be on track with her work and see her progress each week.
This is the best planning tool I've ever used in my four years of homeschooling. Whether you use it as intended for your student to work it with you or you do it for each student it is an amazing tool. It's easy to keep up with grades and with assignments. It helps the kids know where they are in their day and how much they need to get done. It's a great way of teaching them how to stay on task.
We are on day 3 of using the student planner and it is a huge difference in keeping up with all of our subjects and holding my boys accountable of their school work and keeping up with grades!!! I love the organization. Now my boys can keep up with it all as they work and I don’t have to!
Love it. My girls ages 8, 9, and 11 helped fill in the paged. I learned more about my girls when I thought I knew them already. Thanks for awesome product.
This student record and planner will be perfect to teach my children accountability in their education while keeping me accountable at the same time. It's pretty and functional and perfect for in the moment planning and record keeping. I love the details and thought put into this!
I am using the student planner for the first time with my 3rd grader. We are doing it together but walking him through it he didn't seem overwhelmed at all. I found a lot of pages I didn't think I'd want but now I'm happy I have (tracking our media, separate from reading, as we use a lot of videos!). Very happy so far.
In my state, I’m not required to keep a record but it is strongly advised. There is a new law going in to effect allowing homeschool kids to participate in UIL activities and I decided that even though my son is in 1st grade, it’s best to start keeping a record of his school year to save my hide in case the state tries to come in to my homeschool. Just a precaution (I don’t think they will but you never know). I’ve already got the dates and everything all set and ready to go. I’m debating on if I want to buy the PDF but I know the quality will be a downgrade from what I’ve gotten with the hard copy. Love it!
